南阳地区PICU患儿下呼吸道病毒性感染的病原学分布特征观察

Observation on the Pathogenic Distribution Characteristics of LowerRespiratory Tract Viral Infection in Children with PICU in Nanyang Area

目的探讨南阳地区儿科重症监护病房(PICU)下呼吸道病毒性感染的病原体分布特征。方法选取PICU收治的1587例下呼吸道病毒性感染患儿,观察其病原体分布。结果1587例患儿检出阳性病毒514例,检出率为32.4%,其中单种病毒感染442例,占比86.0%,混合感染72例,占比14.0%。单种病毒呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)检出率最高,为52.9%,其次为副流感病毒1、2、3(PIV1、PIV2、PIV3)、流感病毒B(FluB)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒A(FluA),检出率分别为10.6%、9.3%、8.4%、7.0%、6.1%、5.7%。结论南阳地区PICU患儿下呼吸道病毒性感染的主要流行病原体为RSV及PIV1、PIV2、PIV3,早期诊断有利于抗菌药物的合理使用,控制感染,促进患儿康复。

Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens in the lower respiratory tract viral infection in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU)in Nanyang District.Methods A total of 1587 children with lower respiratory tract infections in the PICU were enrolled.The pathogen distribution was observed.Results A total of 514 positive cases were detected in 1587 children.The detection rate was 32.4%(514/1587),including 442 cases of single virus infection,accounting for 86.0%(442/514),72 cases of mixed infection,accounting for 14.0%(72/514).The single virus respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)detection rate was the highest,52.9%,followed by parainfluenza viruses 1,2,3(PIV1,PIV2,PIV3),influenza B(FluB),adenovirus(ADV),influenza virus A(Flu-A),the detection rates were 10.6%,9.3%,8.4%,7.0%,6.1%,and 5.7%,respectively.Conclusion The main epidemic pathogens of lower respiratory tract viral infection in children with PICU in Nanyang area are RSV and PIV1,PIV2 and PIV3.Early diagnosis is conducive to the rational use of antibacterial drugs,control infection,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
