荧光素钠联合吲哚青绿眼底血管造影在糖尿病性视网膜病变诊断及治疗中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Fluorescein Sodium Combined Indocyanine Green FundusAngiography in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨应用荧光素钠联合吲哚青绿眼底造影检查诊治糖尿病视网膜病变的价值。方法选取收治的160例DR患者为研究对象,患者均接受荧光素钠眼底血管造影检查、吲哚青绿血管造影检查,对比单一检查与联合检查检出疾病情况,且对患者治疗情况进行观察。结果联合检查方式的检出率为100.00%,单纯检查方式检出率为95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);160例患者经治疗总有效率为95.63%。结论对DR应用荧光素钠联合吲哚青绿眼底造影检查方式,可取得较高的诊断及治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the value of fluorescein sodium combined with indocyanine green fundus angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 160 patients with DR were selected as the research objects.All patients received fluorescein sodium fundus angiography and indocyanine green angiography.The disease was detected by comparing the single examination and the combined examination,and the treatment of the patients was observed.Results The detection rate of combined examination was 100.00%,and that of simple examination was 95.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of 160 patients was 95.63%.Conclusion The application of fluorescein sodium combined with indocyanine green fundus angiography for DR can achieve higher diagnostic and therapeutic effects and is worthy of promotion.
