摘要
糖尿病肾病(DKD)是多因素参与的、以长期高血糖、蛋白尿为主要临床表现的一种疾病,是糖尿病的重要合并症之一。糖代谢紊乱、脂代谢紊乱、血管活性物质形成、炎症反应之间的相互作用是糖尿病进展的主要机制,脂联素及其受体(AdipoR1)与血管紧张素受体1(AT1R)在糖尿病进展中起关键作用。有研究发现糖尿病肾病中肾小管上皮细胞中形成的AT1-AdipoR1异二聚体增多,导致肾损伤,本文主要讨论异二聚体在糖尿病肾病中的作用,旨在为糖尿病肾病的治疗找到新思路。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is multifactorial,with long-term hyperglycemia and proteinuria as the main clinical manifestations and is one of the important complications of diabetes.The interactions among glucose metabolism disorder,lipid metabolism disorder,vasoactive substance formation,and inflammatory response are the main mechanism of diabetes progression,and adiponectin and its receptor(AdipoR1)and angiotensin receptor 1(AT1R)play a key role in the mechanism.AT1-AdipoR1 heterodimers formed in renal tubular epithelial cells of diabetic nephropathy have been found to increase,leading to kidney damage.This paper mainly discusses the role of heterodimers in diabetic nephropathy,in order to find a new idea for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
