抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文版在住院医师规范化培训生中的信效度研究

Reliability and validity study of the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale of the Chinese version in the residents under standardized training

目的:将抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS)应用于住院医师规范化培训生(规培生),并进行心理测量学评价。方法:采取方便抽样的方法,于2019年5月至6月选取武汉市四所具有规培资格的三级甲等教学医院的760名住院医师规培生参与调查,对结果进行信度和效度分析。结果:DASS共包含42个条目,总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.989,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.966~0.974,量表的重测信度为0.891,验证性因子分析的各拟合指数适配良好。结论:中文版DASS具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估住院医师规培生的心理状态。

Objective:To assess the reliability and validity of the Depression,Anxiety,and Stress Scale(DASS)of Chinese version applied in the residents under standardized training.Methods:We applied cluster sampling method to survey on 760 residents under standardized training in four teaching hospi-tals in Wuhan with DASS,the reliability,and validity of the results were analyzed.Results:The DASS consisted of 42 items.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.989,the Cron-bach′sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.966-0.974;the test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.891;the fitting index of the confirmatory factor analysis showed good fitness.Conclusion:The Chi-nese version DASS has good reliability and validity,and could be used to evaluate the psychological state of the residents under standardized training.
