新一代测序技术在临床的应用,推动了对于Ⅳ型胶原相关肾病认识的完善,越来越多的新突变位点被报道,有关其基因型与表型的研究也逐步深入。本文将主要就Ⅳ型胶原相关肾病的临床疾病谱、可能的病理机制以及治疗的进展作出综述及讨论。

With the clinical application of next-generation sequencing technology,knowledge of collagen typeⅣrelated nephropathy has been promoted.More and more related mutations have been reported and studies of genotype and phenotype have also made a progress.This review mainly focuses on clinical phenotypic spectrum of collagen typeⅣrelated nephropathy,its possible pathological mechanisms and progress in therapeutics.
