粗轧模式切换对带钢宽度的影响

摘要 针对2050产线粗轧模式切换后同层别带钢宽度超差问题,分别从定宽机减宽、粗轧宽展、狗骨恢复以及精轧宽展等方面进行了归纳总结与原因分析,并制定了有效的解决方案。结果表明,当粗轧模式切换后,立辊道次数变化引起的狗骨恢复量偏差是造成带钢宽度超差的主要原因,同时不同粗轧类型模式切换对带钢宽度的影响规律存在差异。为消除粗轧模式切换对带钢宽度控制带来的不利影响,开发了自动宽度补偿功能,并取得了较好的应用效果。 In view of the analysis of strip width out-of-tolerance problem of the same layer after the switch of rough rolling mode of 2050 production line,the results and causes of fixed width machine reduction,rough rolling widening,dog bone recovery and finishing rolling widening were summarized and analyzed,and effective solutions were formulated.The results show that the deviation of dog bone recovery caused by the change of the number of vertical roller tables is the main influencing factor causing the strip width deviation after the roughing mode is switched,and there are differences in the influence of different roughing types on the strip width.To eliminate the adverse effects of roughing mode switching on strip width control,the automatic width compensation function was developed and achieved good application results.
