钢铁企业压缩空气系统的节能设计分析

摘要 压缩空气为钢铁企业生产所必需的介质,空压站的设计是否合理,对钢铁企业的经济效益有一定的影响。以河钢乐亭压缩空气系统为主要研究对象,从用户分配、管网布置、机组选型方面阐述了设计特点。以主要工艺消耗单元为主、兼顾需求量较小、总图位置临近的单元及辅助设施为原则,通过选用高效节能型电机及余热再生干燥器,可充分达到节能减排、降低成本的目的。 Compressed air is a necessary medium for the production of iron and steel enterprises.Whether the design of air compressor station is reasonable or not,it has a certain impact on the economic benefits of iron and steel enterprises.Taking the compressed air system of HBIS Laoting as the main research object,this paper expounds the design features from the aspects of user distribution,pipe network layout and unit selection.Based on the principle that the main process consumption unit is the main unit,the demand is small,the location of the general plan is close to the unit and the auxiliary facilities,by selecting the high-efficiency and energy-saving motor and the waste heat regenerative dryer,the utility model can fully achieve the purposes of energy saving,emission reduction and cost reduction.
