全密封自降尘环保导料槽在河钢乐亭的应用

APPLICATION OF FULLY-SEALED SELF-DUST-REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MATERIAL CHANNEL IN HBIS LAOTING

针对传统导料槽存在撒料、扬尘的问题,已不能满足日益严格的环保要求的现状,设计研发了全密封自降尘环保导料槽,并将其应用到原料场的除尘系统。实践证明,使用环保导料槽后,系统风量除尘器过滤面积减少了14.4%,在相同的风压下,电机功率降低了22 k W,年可节约电费12.5万元,经济社会效益显著。

In order to solve the problem of the traditional guide tank,which cannot meet the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,a fully sealed self-dustproof guide tank was designed and developed,and it was applied to the dust removal system in the raw material field.Practice has proved that after the use of environmental guide material tank,the filter area of the system air volume dust collector has been reduced by 14.4%,the motor power has been reduced by 22 kW under the same wind pressure,the annual electricity cost can be saved by 125,000 Yuan,and the economic and social benefits are significant.
