河钢乐亭高速棒材生产线的工艺设计

PROCESS DESIGN OF HIGH SPEED BAR PRODUCTION LINE IN HBIS LAOTING

热轧钢筋新国标(GB/T1499.2-2018)实施后,原有的强穿水钢筋的工艺路线不能满足要求,河钢乐亭采取高速棒材技术探索新的生产工艺。结合高速棒材生产线的生产工艺,从工艺特点及装备水平方面证明了高速棒材生产线的优势,弥补了传统切分工艺生产所带来的缺陷。

After the implementation of the new national standard for hot rolled steel bars(GB/T 1499.2-2018),the original process route of the steel bars with strong water penetration cannot meet the requirements.HBIS Laoting adopts the high-speed bar technology to explore a new production process.Combined with the production process of high-speed bar production line,the advantages of high-speed bar production line are proved from the aspects of process characteristics and equipment level,which makes up for the defects brought by the traditional segmentation process.
