摘要
定宽压力机是改善板坯宽度精度的有效技术手段,适应了社会发展对板坯宽度精度的要求。结合河钢乐亭2050 mm热轧生产线,介绍了板坯调宽的选择方式,定宽压力机组的组成、作用和技术特征,从而论证了定宽压力机技术在控制带钢宽度精度的优势,轧机的成材率显著提高,降低了连铸机的铸坯断面规格,板坯连铸机的生产能力得到有效释放。
The sizing press is an effective technical way of improving slab width precision,which meets the requirement of social development for slab width precision.According to the 2050 mm hot rolling mill,we introduce the selecting way of slab width adjustment mode,the construction of the sizing press and the usage and the technical character of the machine through which the advantages of the technology of the sizing press in controlling the precision of strip width are demonstrated.After using the machine,the yield of rolling mill is improved significantly.The section specification of slab is reduced and the production capacity of slab caster is effectively released.
