钢企综合料场与港口接卸系统的一体化设计 被引量:2

摘要 河钢乐亭选址位于唐山港矿石码头附近,利用与港口距离近的地利优势,采用"前港后厂"的物流运输模式,将物料直接由码头经胶带机运输至厂区内。主要介绍了港口码头的卸船系统和河钢乐亭综合料场的接卸系统一体化设计的特点。该设计实现了港口与钢企作业区之间无间隙的物流对接服务,减少了运输环节,降低了运输成本和环境污染。 HBIS Laoting is located near the ore terminal of Tangshan port.Taking advantage of the advantage of the close proximity to the port,the logistics transportation mode of"front port and rear plant"is adopted to transport materials directly from the terminal to the plant area through belt conveyor.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of the integrated design of the ship unloading system of the port wharf and the loading and unloading system of the comprehensive stock yard of Laoting.The design realizes the seamless logistics docking service between the port and the steel enterprise operation area,which reduces the transportation link and the transportation cost and environmental pollution.
