摘要 绿色高炉炼铁通过对工艺流程优化和技术集成,对绿色化、低硫硝超低排放和炼铁技术发展方向进行了应用和探索。在当前国家政策和环保要求下,分析了高炉炼铁流程动态运行的本质,认为高炉精料、高比例球团矿、高炉长寿技术、热风炉高风温技术、富氧大喷煤技术为绿色高炉炼铁的主要技术发展方向,对今后绿色低碳、高效炼铁提供了重要的技术保障。在此基础上,对高炉炉顶均压煤气回收技术、新型环保底滤渣处理技术、新型重力除尘气力输灰技术、冲渣水余热利用、高炉出铁"一罐到底"及全程加盖技术进行了简要介绍。 Green blast furnace iron making technology is applied and explored in the development direction of green technology,low sulfur and nitrate and ultra-low emission technology by optimizing the process flow and integrating the technology. Under the current national policy and environmental protection requirements,the essence of the dynamic characteristics of blast furnace iron making process operation,BF concentrate,high blast furnace pellets,BF longevity technology,high blast temperature of hot air stove,oxygen-enriched coal injection technology for the green of the blast furnace are main technological development directions,which provides important technical guarantee in the future green low carbon,high efficient iron making.On the basis of this,the technology of gas recovery at the top of the blast furnace,the new technology of slag treatment at the bottom of the blast furnace,the new technology of gravity dust removal and pneumatic ash transport,the utilization of waste heat of slag water,the technology of " one can to the bottom" of the blast furnace iron and the whole process of stamping are briefly introduced.
