基于电务检测车的车底吊装结构设计探讨

摘要 电务轨旁设备车载智能图像检测系统是集成在电务检测车上,主要用于检测电务轨旁设备(包括专网漏缆,公网漏缆,信号机,道岔和转辙机,轨腰塞钉,应答器,补偿电容等)外观机械状态的智能监控检测系统,其安装结构是否牢固直接影响电务检测车的运行安全和可靠性。本文分析检测系统车底吊装结构设计的影响要素和要求,探讨提升吊装结构设计合理性和可靠性的关键要点。 The on-board intelligent image detection system of railway equipment is integrated in the testing Vehicle for railway signal and communication,which is mainly used to detect the appearance of the electrical equipment beside the railway(including special network leakage cable,public network leakage cable,signaling machine,turnout and switch machine,rail waist plug nail,transponder,compensation capacitor,etc.).The installation structure of the intelligent monitoring and detection system directly affects the testing Vehicle.Operation safety and reliability.This paper analyses the influencing factors and parameter requirements of bottom hoisting structure design of detection system,and discusses the key points of rationality and reliability of hoisting structure design.
