列控中心和临时限速服务器是高速铁路列车控制系统中重要的组成设备,二者通过铁路安全数据网接口,列控中心通过特定协议接受来自调度中心下达给临时限速服务器的临时限速命令,并据此实时组帧,通过地面传输媒介向运行列车提供控车信息。论文通过对高铁建设过程中出现的问题进行分析,提出了有效的解决方案。

Train Control Center and Temporary Speed Restriction Server are important components of high-speed railway train control system,They interface each other through railway safety data network,Train Control Center receives temporary speed restriction orders from dispatching center to Temporary Speed Restriction Server through specific protocols,and frames them in real time accordingly,and providing train control information through ground transmission medium.Through the analysis of the problems in the process of high-speed railway construction,this paper puts forward effective solutions.
