通过对CASCO公司研发的调度指挥系统中调度命令子系统功能的研究,结合列车调度员指挥工作实际,针对现行调度命令子系统功能提出改进方案,达到提高调度命令的准确性及系统实用性的目标。

Based on the function of the Railway Dispatching Order Subsystem in Railway Dispatching Management Information System developed by CASCO,combined with the actual operation of train dispatcher,an Improved scheme is put forward for Railway Dispatching Order Subsystem,in order to improve the accuracy of dispatching order and practical performance of the whole system.
