电气化铁路如何组织行车更有利于降低能源成本的探讨

摘要 峰谷分时电价是体现电能在负荷高峰时作为短缺商品的价值,运用价格杠杆的作用引导终端用户的用电行为,提高电网安全性及负荷率水平,提高电网系统运行效率、降低电力系统的运行成本,为客户端企业节约资金,都具有非常重要意义。如何用好分时电价政策,减少企业用电支出,降低全社会的能源成本是一个值得研究的课题。 Peak-to-valley time-of-use electricity price is the value of electricity as a shortage of goods at the peak of load.The role of price leverage is used to guide the end users’electricity consumption behavior,improve grid safety and load rate,improve grid system operation efficiency,and reduce power system.Operating costs,saving money for client companies,are of great importance.How to make good use of the time-sharing electricity price policy,reduce the electricity consumption of enterprises,and reduce the energy cost of the whole society is a subject worth studying.
