各市、州、县林业主管部门:为深入贯彻落实《森林法》,切实做好森林资源管理相关工作,我局制定了《恢复植被和林业生产条件、树木补种标准》《湖北省林木采伐技术规程》(试行),请结合有关要求遵照执行。
