襄阳市、荆门市、孝感市、随州市人民政府,省政府有关部门:根据《大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿和移民安置条例》(国务院令第679号)规定,为保证鄂北地区水资源配置二期工程建设和移民搬迁安置工作顺利进行,现通告如下。
