造林工程是一项极为复杂的工程,涉及多单位、多专业、多角色,具有进度难把控、施工效率低等难点。该文以雄安新区千年秀林项目为试点,提出了一种基于苗木标牌的造林工程管理研究方法,介绍了其全生命周期管理模式以及相关成果。

Afforestation project is a very complicated project,involving many units,many specialties and many roles,which has difficulties in controlling progress and low construction efficiency.Setting Xiong’an New District as its testing ground,this paper proposes a research method of afforestation project management based on seedling signage,and introduces its life-cycle management mode and related results.
