Study on harvest time of Forsythia suspensa fruit

通过对山西省长治市长子县仙翁山连翘基地的多年生连翘开展适宜采收期的研究,发现不同采收期连翘果实外观、含水量、有效成分及产量都有较大变化:随时间变化,连翘果实外观逐渐成熟,含水量逐步下降,连翘苷的含量整体呈下降趋势,连翘酯素的含量逐渐上升;产量在8月中旬达到最大,10月底后果实自然开裂,产量骤降后趋于平缓。结合连翘所有因素,确定青翘的适宜采收期为8月中旬到9月中旬,老翘为10月下旬到12月初。基于连翘果实的外观、含水量和有效成分的变化,综合产量的变化,确定采收期,从而规范连翘的采收,确保连翘药材质量稳定、可控。

According to the research on the suitable harvesting period of the perennial Forsythia suspensa in the Xianwengshan Forsythia base in Changzhi County,Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,it was found that the appearance,water content,effective component changes and yield of Forsythia suspensa fruit in different harvesting periods are relatively different.Big changes:It was found that with time changes,the appearance of Forsythia fruit gradually matured,the water content gradually decreased,the content of forsythin showed an overall downward trend over time,and the content of forsythiaside gradually increased;the yield reached its maximum in mid-August.After the end of October,the fruit cracked naturally,and the yield tended to be flat after a sharp drop.Combining all the factors of Forsythia suspensa,it is determined that the suitable harvesting period of green suspensa is from mid-August to mid-September,and that for old suspensa is from late October to early December.Based on the changes in the appearance,water content and effective ingredients of the Forsythia suspensa fruit,and comprehensive changes in the yield,the harvest period is determined,so as to regulate the harvest of Forsythia suspensa and ensure the stable and controllable quality of Forsythia suspensa.
