2018年来,迁西县为实现保护环境与发展经济同步,大力推进了生态清洁小流域治理模式,先后建成了大寨、鑫山两条生态清洁小流域,完成总治理面积1500hm^(2),侯庄生态清洁小流域正在建设中,规划治理面积1000hm^(2)。迁西县生态清洁小流域综合治理的主要做法是,首先是按《生态清洁小流域技术规范》要求明确治理目标;其次是做好勘测调查,对小流域基本情况、社会经济情况、水土流失情况及水土保持现状等进行调查;第三是分区布设措施,将小流域划分为生态修复区、生态治理区、生态保护区,构筑水土资源保护的三道防线;第四是按照上级主管部门批复的实施方案,认真组织实施,严格建设程序,狠抓施工质量,施工结束后及时组织验收,办理工程产权移交手续,确保永续发挥政府投资效益。
