摘要 为探究不同类型铁线莲扦插生根能力差异,以4个大花铁线莲品种(‘蓝光’、‘黎明的天空’、‘胭脂扣’、‘钻石’)和齿叶铁线莲、东北铁线莲为试材进行扦插对比试验。结果表明:6种铁线莲均为愈伤组织生根型,生根时间约30d,差异不大;平均生根率20.57%~86.20%,具有极显著性差异,以大花铁线莲品种‘黎明的天空’最高,‘胭脂扣’最低;平均生根数差异不显著,介于3~3.58个;不同品种的平均根长差异不显著,介于3.83~4.29cm;ABT能够有效的提升铁线莲扦插成活率,加快生根进程,增加了生根数与根长,以500mg/L浓度最优。 In order to explore the difference of cutting rooting ability among different types of clematis.Four clematis florida species,C.serratifolia and C.mandshusica were used as test materials for cutting contrast experiment.The results showed that all the six clematis species are callus rooting type with little difference in rooting time of about 30 days.The average rooting rate is significantly different,ranging from 20.57%to86.20%.The highest is the‘Morning Sky’,and the lowest is the‘Rouge’;There were no differences in the average rooting number between 3 and 3.58.The difference in average root length is also small,ranging from3.83 cm to 4.29 cm.ABT can effectively improve the cutting survival rate of clematis,accelerate the rooting process,increase the rooting number and root length,and optimize the concentration at 500 mg/L.
