摘要
通过研究水杨酸(SA)对NaCl胁迫下樟子松的生理响应机制,以期为降低樟子松育苗中NaCl胁迫危害提供理论依据。试验在盆栽条件下,设置了清水(对照T1)、NaCl胁迫(T2)、NaCl胁迫+SA(T3)、清水+SA(T4)4个处理。结果表明:5~8月,T2、T3 SOD活性显著高于对照,T3分别比T2提高了5.59%、7.19%、10.49%、6.22%,T4与T1之间无显著差异;5~9月,POD活性T2、T3显著高于对照,T3比T2提高了53.86%、38.58%、16.25%、19.32%、13.75%;5~9月,CAT活性T2、T3显著高于对照,T3显著高于T2、T4与对照无显著差异;5~9月,T2显著提高了MDA含量,T3与T2相比分别降低了4.95%、11.56%、9.32%、12.61%、8.30%。综合分析认为:1.0mmol/L的水杨酸可以有效提高NaCl胁迫下樟子松保护酶活性并缓解盐胁迫。
In order to study the physiological response mechanism of salicylic acid to NaCl stress in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.,and then provide theoretical basisfor reducing the harm of NaCl stress in seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.The test under potted conditions,and that set 4 treatment which it was by water(control,T1),NaCl stress(T2),NaCl stress+SA(T3),water+SA(T4),repeated three times.The results showed that:from May to August,the activity of SOD of T2 and T3 is significantly higher than the control,T3 is higher than T2 by 5.59%,7.19%,10.49%,6.22%,respectively,There is no significant difference between T4 and T1;from May to September,the activity of POD of T2 and T3 is significantly higher than the control,T3 is higher than T2 by 53.86%,38.58%,16.25%,19.32%and 13.75%;from May to September,the activity of CAT of T2 and T3 is significantly higher than the control,T3 is significantly higher than T2,T2 and T3 were significantly higher than T4 treatment;from May to September,T2 significantly increased MDA content,T3 compared with T2 that decreased by 4.95%,11.56%,9.32%,12.61%and 8.30%,respectively.Comprehensive analysis shows that 1.0 mmol/L salicylic acid can effectively improve the protective enzyme activity of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.under NaCl stress and alleviate salt stress.
