摘要
滑索多安装于山区,冬春两季钢丝绳经常会出现裹冰现象,容易导致滑索钢丝绳崩断事故。基于悬链线理论,考虑裹冰载荷对钢丝绳的影响,给出滑索钢丝绳的张力方程及安全校核方法。结合工程应用实例,对跨度为360 m的滑索,在裹冰厚度为10 mm时,分别求出钢丝绳张力的解析解和仿真解,对两种结果进行对比和分析。分析结果表明,两种结果的最大误差为0.2%,仿真结果与理论计算相符,安全系数为5.2,大于5,满足安全要求。该研究具有一定的工程应用价值,为裹冰地区滑索的设计和安装提供了数据支持。
Strop ropeways are mostly installed in mountainous areas.In winter and spring,ropes often appear ice-wrapping phenomenon,which easily leads to rope breaking accidents.Based on catenary theory and considering the influence of ice load on wire rope,the tension equation and safety checking method of wire rope are given.Combined with the engineering example,the analytical solution and simulation solution of the wire rope tension are obtained for the strop ropeway with a span of 360 m when the ice thickness is 10 mm,and the two results are compared and analyzed.The results show that the maximum error of the two results is 0.2%,the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation,and the safety factor is 5.2,greater than 5,which meets the safety requirements.The research has certain engineering application value,and provides data support for the design and installation of strop ropeways in ice covered areas.
