摘要
选用铁尾矿代替河砂,粉煤灰和尾矿粉替代部分水泥的方式,提高工业废弃物的利用率。采用正交实验方法,对水胶比、胶砂比、尾矿粉、粉煤灰等因素进行了研究。研究发现,水胶比对水泥基灌浆效果的影响最大,尾矿用量对水泥基灌浆效果的影响最大,而胶砂比则是最小的。通过极差分析,确定了28天的最优因子水平组合是A1B1C3D1,也就是水胶比例为0.36,胶砂比例为1:0.6,尾砂含量为10%,粉煤灰含量为6%.
Iron tailings are selected instead of river sand,and fly ash and tailings powder are selected instead of some cement to improve the utilization rate of industrial waste.Water ratio,cement ratio,tailings powder and fly ash were studied.It was found that the water cement ratio had the greatest influence on the effect of cement base grouting,while the tailings dosage had the largest effect,and the cement sand ratio was the smallest.Through extreme difference analysis,the optimal factor horizontal combination for 28 days was determined to be A1B1C3D1,that is,water glue ratio is 0.36,rubber sand ratio is 1:0.6,tailings content is 10%,and fly ash content is 6%.
