摘要
基于电力公司全业务数据中心和大数据计算平台,将电网负荷、用户能耗数据和外部共享数据相结合,通过数据采集、整理、分析、挖掘等大数据技术,建立城市商圈商业选址评估模型,实现对城市商圈房产、美食、酒店、景点、停车场、加油站、商超等衣食住行配套设施覆盖情况、商圈内密度、消费购买力、地价发展潜力进行综合分析,为城市商圈建设和商业选址提供辅助决策参考。
Based on the power company’s full-service data center and big data computing platform,the power grid load,user energy consumption data and external shared data are combined,and through data collection,sorting,analysis,mining and other large data technologies,an evaluation model for commercial location of urban business district is established,which can comprehensively analyze the coverage of supporting facilities for food,clothing,housing,transportation,gas stations,supermarkets,etc.in the urban business district,the density in the business district,the purchasing power of consumption,and the development potential of land price,thus providing an auxiliary decision reference for the construction of the urban business district and the commercial location.
