Overview of Policy and Standard of Urban Underground Utility Tunnel and Its Influence on Power Lines

介绍我国城市地下综合管廊现行有关国家政策、地方政策和国家标准、地方标准以及企业标准,对比部分城市地下综合管廊电力舱收费标准,分析了电网企业对综合管廊电力舱的需求,总结出现有政策标准对电力线路入廊的影响,并提出相关建议。

This paper introduces the current relevant national policies,local policies and national standards,local standards and enterprise standards of the urban underground utility tunnel in China,compares the charging standards and summarizes the relevant requirements of power compartment of underground utility tunnel in some cities,analyses the influence of the existing policy standards on the access of power lines,and puts forward some suggestions.
