当代大学生思想引领的路径探索

Path Exploration on the Ideological Guidance of Contemporary College Students

把大学生培养成为中国特色社会主义伟大事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人是高校肩负的重要使命。在人才培养的过程中,思想引领是先导,也是关键。在广泛调研的基础上,笔者结合本校工作实际,从工作体系、工作重点、活动载体和平台依托四个方面,提出了大学生思想引领的可行性路径,以期增强大学生思想引领工作的针对性和感染力,扩大工作的覆盖面和影响力。

It is an important mission for universities to cultivate college students to be qualified builders and loyal successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of personnel training,ideological guidance is the guide as well as the key point.In order to improve the effects of ideological guidance,the author comes up with the paths of guiding college students’ideology from four aspects including working system,working emphasis,activity carriers and platform supporting on the basis of wide investigation.
