摘要
2008年2月13日教育部发文认定了北京市西城区等34个单位为社区教育示范区。到2018年,教育部全国社区教育实验(示范)区增加到249个。十年间这一数字的增加,有力地说明了社区教育在国家层面逐渐被重视。榆林电大分校被当地政府挂牌为榆林市社区大学,负责指导、组织和开展全市社区教育教学活动,本文对榆林电大分校社区教育人文环境构建进行分析探讨。
The Ministry of Education issued a document identifying 34 units including Xicheng District of Beijing as community education demonstration areas on February 13,2008.The number of national community education experiment(demonstration)areas of the Ministry of Education will increase to 249 in 2018.The increase of this figure in the past ten years shows that community education has been paid more and more attention at the national level.Yulin TV University Branch is listed as Yulin Community University by the local government,which is responsible for guiding,organizing and carrying out community education and teaching activities in the whole city.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of community education humanistic environment in Yulin TV University Branch.
