高职教育教学质量评价指标体系的构建及应用研究

A Study on Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System of Teaching Quality in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育教学质量的高低关乎高职院校人才培养质量的高低。通过分析高职教育教学质量评价的现状,明晰高职教育教学质量评价体系构建的必要性,基于时代性、公平性、实效性等原则,构建课前、课中及课后三维评价体系,最后提出高职教育教学质量评价指标体系的应用运行机制及保障机制。

The quality of teaching in higher vocational education is related to the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.Through the analysis of the present situation of teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational education,the necessity of constructing teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational education is clarified.Based on the principles of epoch,fairness and effectiveness,a three-dimensional evaluation system of pre-class,in-class and after-class is constructed.Finally,The application operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of teaching quality evaluation index system in higher vocational education is put forward.
