高职院校酒店管理专业学生实习模式的优化与创新探讨

Discussion on Optimization and Innovation of Internship Mode of Hotel Management Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

企业“用工荒”和院校专业学生“就业难”是目前酒店行业最为关注的矛盾之一。文章通过充分分析我国高职院校旅游管理专业酒店实习传统模式存在的种种弊端和缺陷,以优化和创新为导向,从创新思路、创新实践和创新反思三个方面提出具体优化创新策略。

The“labor shortage”of enterprises and the“difficult employment”of college students are one of the most concerned contradictions in the hotel industry.By fully analyzing the disadvantages and defects of the traditional practice model of tourism management professional hotels in China’s higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes specific optimization and innovation strategies from three aspects:innovation ideas,innovation practice and innovation reflection.
