“国考”对高师学前院校实践课程设置的启示

摘要 改革后的教师资格证考试表现出考试内容多、难度大;强调教学实践能力,全面测查教师素养的特征,这一改革动向进一步彰显了实践课程的现实意义。为此高师院校应加强专业和职业的导入教育;强化见习、助教和实训的践行;促进论文撰写与实习的一体化,以提高学前职前教师的综合水平。 After the reform,the teacher qualification certificate examination shows that the content of the examination increases and the difficulty is great.This reform trend further highlights the practical significance of practical courses by emphasizing teaching practice ability and comprehensively measuring the characteristics of teachers’qualities.To this end,normal colleges and universities should strengthen the introduction of professional and vocational education;strengthen the practice of probation,teaching assistant and practical training;promote the integration of thesis writing and practice,so as to improve the comprehensive level of pre-service teachers.
