基于应用型人才培养的教育技术专业实验教学

Experimental Teaching of Educational Technology Specialty Based on Cultivation of Applied Talents

教育技术专业目标是培养具有创造、创新能力的实践应用型人才,掌握适当的技术和资源来推动学习和改善绩效,促进日后顺利走向就业岗位,适应现代化教育趋势。应用型人才培养是当前教育技术专业实验教学的根本目标,从该专业课程性质出发,构建起教育技术专业实验教学的体系框架,注重学生实践能力的培养。本文从现实出发,首先阐述教育技术专业实验教学对培养应用型人才的重要意义,其次分析教育技术专业实验教学现状,最后提出基于应用型人才培养的教育技术专业实验教学策略,希望具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

The goal of educational technology specialty is to cultivate practical and applied talents with creative and innovative abilities,to master appropriate technologies and resources to promote learning and improve performance,to promote smooth progress towards employment in the future,and to adapt to the trend of modern education.The cultivation of applied talents is the fundamental goal of the current experimental teaching of educational technology specialty.Starting from the nature of the specialty curriculum,the system framework of the experimental teaching of educational technology specialty is constructed,and the cultivation of students’practical ability is emphasized.Starting from the reality,this paper first expounds the important significance of experimental teaching of educational technology specialty to cultivate applied talents,then analyzes the current situation of experimental teaching of educational technology specialty,and finally puts forward the experimental teaching strategic value.
