研究生教育是高等教育人才培养的最高层次,是拔尖创新人才培养的重要渠道,研究生基层党建工作是研究生培养的重要方面,在新时代网络背景下,更需进一步提高研究生基层党建工作的科学化水平,切实增强研究生党建工作的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,提高研究生思想政治工作水平,着力培养德智体美全面发展的高层次创新型人才。本文着力在党建的网络阵地建设,结合加强和改进新形势下基层党建工作和新形势下研究生思想政治教育的实际工作,在理论与实践的共同探索中寻找提高研究生思想政治工作实效性的有效途径。

Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education personnel training and an important channel for top-notch innovative personnel training.The primary Party construction work of postgraduate is an important aspect of postgraduate training.In the new era of network background,it is necessary to further improve the scientific level of primary Party construction work of postgraduate,and effectively enhance the pertinence,effectiveness,attraction and appeal of graduate Party construction work so as to improve the ideological and political work level of graduate students and strive to cultivate high-level innovative talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical and aesthetic.This paper focuses on the construction of the network position of the party construction,combined with the practical work of strengthening and improving the grass-roots Party construction in the new situation and the ideological and political education of graduate students in the new situation,and seeks effective ways to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of graduate students in the joint exploration of theory and practice.
