加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,助力学生成长成才——以滨州学院化工与安全学院为例

Strengthen and Improve the Ideological and Political Education of College Students to Help Them Grow into Talents——Take Department of Chemical Engineering and Safety of Binzhou University as an Example

当前高校学生的思想政治状况和精神风貌总体良好,但大学生思想政治教育在高校中开展的效果参差不齐。本文主要以滨州学院化工与安全学院为例,分析了学生的思想政治状况,进而提出大学生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,最后为进一步加强与改进大学生思想政治教育工作的意见与建议。

At present,the ideological and political situation and spiritual outlook of college students are generally good;however,the effect of ideological and political education on college students is uneven.Based on the situation of a university,this paper analyzes the ideological and political situation of the students,then puts forward the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students,and finally puts forward the opinions and suggestions for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students.
