高校工会加强教职工思想政治工作的路径探析——以南通大学为例

On the Ways of Strengthening the Ideological and Political Work of College Trade Unions——Take Nantong University as an Example

高校工会作为教职工自愿形成的群众组织,在开展教职工思想政治工作上具有天然优势。高校工会应充分利用自身优势,优化统筹校内优质资源,以维护教职工权益为根本,以综合性大学智力优势为依托,以队伍建设为抓手,以开展师德师风建设为手段,以深化网络思政教育为平台,积极探索教职工思想政治工作的新方法、新途径,不断加强对职工的思想引领,统一思想、凝聚人心,努力开创新时代高校工运事业和工会工作新局面。

College labor union,as an organization formed voluntarily by faculty and staff,have a natural advantage in developing ideological and political work of faculty and staff.College labor union should make full use of its own advantages and optimize the high-quality resources of the school to actively explore new methods and new ways of faculty’s ideological and political work,continuously strengthen the ideological leadership of employees,and strive to create a new situation in the work of colleges and universities in the new era.
