摘要
某500 kV变电站断路器卷簧发生断裂,通过磁粉检测、渗透检测、光谱分析、硬度测量、拉力试验、脱碳层检测、金相检验、断口分析等,分析结果表明原始裂纹为卷簧断裂所致。
The coil spring of a circuit breaker in a certain 500 kV transformer substation is fractured.A series of detections and analyses have been made such as magnetic testing(MT),penetrant testing(PT),spectral analysis,hardness measurement,tensile test,decarburization layer detection,metallographic examination,fracture analysis,etc..The result shows that the original crack is caused by coil spring fracture.
