基于红外检测的劣化瓷绝缘串诊断方法 被引量:7

摘要 劣化瓷绝缘子钢帽炸裂掉串事件在国内多次发生,严重威胁输电线路安全稳定运行。采取有效手段及时检测出劣化瓷绝缘子,对于防止劣化瓷绝缘子钢帽炸裂掉串事件具有重要意义。基于红外热像仪采集每片绝缘子钢帽温度,对比正常绝缘子串和劣化绝缘子串的温度分布曲线特征,提出劣化绝缘子串诊断方法和判据,实现快速定位劣化绝缘子串,为精细化逐片诊断劣化绝缘子极大地缩小范围,提高工作效率。 The degraded porcelain insulator string falls off because of steel cap burst,which occurs many times nationwide and seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.It is of great significance to take effective measures to detect the deteriorated porcelain insulator in time so as to prevent the occurrence that the steel cap of deteriorated porcelain insulator bursts causing the string to fall off.This paper depends on infrared thermography to collect the temperature of each insulator steel cap,and comparesthe characteristics of temperature distribution curve of the normal insulator string with those of thedegraded insulator string.A method and criterion for diagnosis of defective insulator string are put forward toquicklyidentify the defective insulator string,greatly reducing the scope of diagnosing defective insulator piece by piece and meticulously,thus improving the working efficiency.
