5-氨基乙酰丙酸在烤烟幼苗中应用评价

摘要 为深入研究不同浓度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)对烟苗发育的促进作用,并考察5-氨基乙酰丙酸发酵液与化学纯品的效果差异,以烤烟品种中川208烟苗为试验对象,采用托盘育苗的培养方法,研究叶面喷施不同浓度(0~40 mg/L)的外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸对烟苗发育的影响。结果表明,外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸能够提高植物体根干重、光合色素含量、抗氧化剂含量,提高抗氧化酶的生物活性,以喷施20 mg/L 5-氨基乙酰丙酸对烟苗的促进效果最为明显,且5-氨基乙酰丙酸化学纯品与发酵液作用效果基本相当。 In order to further study the promotion effect of different concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA)on tobacco seedlings,and investigate the effect difference between 5-aminolevulinic acid fermentation solution and chemical pure product,the flue-cured tobacco seedlings of Nakagawa 208 were taken as experimental objects,the cultivation method of tray seedlings was adopted,and the effects of different concentrations of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid(0~40 mg/L)sprayed on leaf surface on the development of tobacco seedlings were studied.The results showed that the exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid could improve root dry weight,photosynthetic pigment content,antioxidant content,and the biological activity of antioxidant enzymes.Spraying 20 mg/L 5-aminolevulinic acid had the most significant promoting effect on tobacco seedlings,and the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid pure product was basically equivalent to that of fermentation solution.
