草原地区生态安全格局评价及生态价值挖掘实践路径探究——以内蒙古和林格尔县为例

Evaluation of ecological security patterns and the practical paths of ecological value mining in grassland areas:The case of Helinger County in Inner Mongolia

摘要 以内蒙古和林格尔县为研究对象,构建耦合“重要性-敏感性”的生态安全格局评价技术体系,研究和林格尔县生态安全格局。结果表明,和林格尔县生态极重要性分布格局呈“局部集中、整体分散”的空间分布格局;生态极重要区总面积为1337.72 km^(2),占全县总面积的38.73%。生态极重要区中,生物多样性生态红线区比重最大,水源涵养生态红线区占比最小,分别占28.03%和4.30%。研究区内土壤大部分为风沙土,土质条件严峻以及水土流失风险大,需对其进行分区治理且因地制宜防治水土流失。城市东部与南部区域建设开发利用效率低,地形起伏大且山、林等生态资源丰富,充分挖掘其生态价值,通过生态经济产业的发展反哺中心地区的经济,形成县域联动的生态经济的循环模式,提升县域经济活力。 Taking Helinger County of Inner Mongolia as the research object,a technical system of evaluating the ecological security pattern with coupled“importance-sensitivity”was constructed to study the ecological security pattern of Helinger County.The results showed that the distribution pattern of ecological importance in Helinger County was“locally concentrated and overall dispersed”,and the total area of ecologically important zones was 1337.72 km^(2),accounting for 38.73%of the total area of the county.Among the ecologically important zones,the biodiversity ecological red line zones accounted for the largest proportion,and the water conservation ecological red line zones accounted for the smallest proportion,accounting for 28.03%and 4.30%respectively.Most of the soils in the study area were sandy soils,with severe soil conditions and high risk of soil erosion,which needed to be treated in different zones and prevented and controlled according to local conditions.The eastern and southern parts of the city had low development and utilisation efficiencies,and were rich in ecological resources such as mountains and forests,so it was important to fully explore their ecological value,feed the economy of the central region through the development of ecological economy industries,and form a circular model of ecological economy linking the county to enhance the vitality of the county's economy.
