新版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》变化解读

Interpretation of changes in the new version of Criteria for Assessment of Mandatory Approval for Inspection Body and Laboratory

2023年5月30日国家市场监管总局发布了新版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》,并将于2023年12月1日正式实施,2016年版《检验检测机构资质认定评审准则》同时废止。鉴于新准则的导向、依据、结构和内容均发生了较大变化,从修订背景、修订原则、修订内容三方面分析准则的变化,为检验检测机构理解和把握准则的精神内涵和工作要求,提升机构运转质量提供借鉴和参考。

On May 30,2023,the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a new version of the Criteria for Assessment of Mandatory Approval for Inspection Body and Laboratory which will be formally implemented on December 1,2023,and the 2016 version of the Criteria for Assessment of Mandatory Approval for Inspection Body and Laboratory will be abolished at the same time.In view of the great changes in the orientation,basis,structure and content of the new guidelines,the changes of the guidelines are analyzed from three aspects:the revision background,the revision principle and the revision content,so as to provide reference for the inspection and testing institutions to understand and grasp the spiritual connotation and requirements of the guidelines and improve the operation quality of the institutions.
