The patents of processing of edible Polygonatum sibiricum in the past 20 years were sorted out statistically by retrieving the patents related to edible Polygonatum sibiricum in the patent retrieval and analysis platform of the State Intellectual Property Office and the Espacenet patent database of the European Patent Office,with the classification analyses of food types,application forms,regional distribution of patents,classification of patent applicants,processing accessories,processing processes and drying methods of edible Polygonatum sibiricum,with the correlation analyses of distribution of processing patents and processing methods of edible Polygonatum sibiricum,for analysing the processing present situation of edible Polygonatum sibiricum and putting forward related development suggestions,in order to provide thinking reference of development of edible Polygonatum sibiricum and improve the added value of Polygonatum sibiricum.
