白术药材中33种禁用农药残留分析

Analysis of 33 prohibited pesticide residues in Atractylodes macrocephala

为评价白术(Atractylodes macrocephala)药材中33种禁用农药残留情况。用乙腈提取白术药材样品,再经固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法和气相色谱-串联质谱法测定白术药材中33种禁用农药的残留量,并用外标法定量。结果表明,33种禁用农药校正曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,加样回收率在73.65%~122.37%。20批白术药材中仅氟虫腈检出,检出率为55%。白术药材须关注氟虫腈残留。

In order to evaluate the residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Atractylodes macrocephala.The samples of Atractylodes macrocephala were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by solid phase extraction.The residues of 33 prohibited pesticides in Atractylodes macrocephala were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the calibration curves of 33 forbidden pesticide residues showed good linearities with correlation coefficients above 0.995.The measured recoveries ranged from73.65%to 122.37%.The positive detection rate of fipronil in the 20 batches of Atractylodes macrocephala was 55%.Fipronil residues in Atractylodes macrocephala must be concerned.
