简要介绍了洪山菜薹(Brassica rapa ssp.chinensis var.purpuraria)产业发展现状,对洪山菜薹产业发展前景从生态、品种、品牌、科研优势以及产品覆盖面、原种、标准化、贮运保鲜及加工技术等制约因素两个方面进行了分析和探讨。
The development current situation of Hongshan Tsai-tai(Brassica rapa ssp.chinensis var.purpuraria)industry was briefly introduced.The development prospect of Hongshan Tsai-tai industry was analyzed and discussed from two aspects,such as ecology,cultivar,brands and scientific research advantage,and the restrict factors of products coverage,original seed,standardization,storage and transportation fresh-keeping technology.
