摘要
茶产业是襄阳西南山区的特色产业和优势产业,襄阳高香茶是襄阳市区域公共品牌,但由于历史原因,襄阳市茶产业优势没有得到充分发挥。襄阳市农业科学院围绕制约襄阳高香茶发展瓶颈,联合湖北省农业科学院开展相关研究,探明了襄阳高香茶主要呈香成分为反-橙花叔醇、吲哚、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和邻二甲苯等;先后制定了省、市级茶叶生产技术规程6项。襄阳高香茶标准化加工工艺在襄阳市30家茶叶企业得到应用,“1234”优质茶绿色生产技术在襄阳市1.33万hm^(2)茶园得到应用,有力地促进了襄阳高香茶的高质量发展。
The tea industry is a characteristic industry and advantageous industry in the southwest mountainous area of Xiangyang.Xiangyang High-aroma Tea is a regional public brand in Xiangyang.Due to historical reasons,the advantages of the tea industry in Xiangyang have not been fully utilized.Focusing on the bottleneck restricting the development of Xiangyang High-aroma Tea,Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences cooperated with Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences to carry out relevant research,explored that the main fragrant components of Xiangyang High-aroma Tea were trans-nerolidol,indoles,cis-3-hexene acetate and oxylene,and successively formulated 6 provincial and municipal tea production technical regulations.Xiangyang High-aroma Tea standardized processing technology had been applied in 30 tea enterprises,and“1234”high-quality tea green production technology had been applied in 13300 hm^(2)tea gardens,which had effectively promoted the high-quality development of Xiangyang High-aroma Tea.
