稻米整精米率研究进展

Research progress on head rice rate

整精米率现已成为制约优质稻特别是优质长粒籼稻发展的重要因素之一。综述了栽培措施、仓储加工和生态环境对稻米整精米率的影响,以及稻米整精米率QTL定位的相关进展,并对高整精米率水稻品种的选育提出了建议。

The head rice rate has become one of the important factors restricting the development of high quality rice,especially long grain indica rice.The effects of cultivation measures,storage processing and ecological environment on rice head milled rice rate were reviewed,as well as the progress in QTL mapping of rice head milled rice rate,and suggestions were put forward for the breeding of rice varieties with high head milled rice rate.
