不同体系酸消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水稻中的砷

摘要 研究了不同体系酸消解水稻样品,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测砷元素。试验发现全自动石墨消解仪选用硝酸-高氯酸体系对样品进行消解,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱的KED模式对水稻中砷进行检测,可操作性强,节省人工耗材,检测结果准确。 The acid digestion of rice samples with different systems was studied,and arsenic was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.It was found that the automatic graphite digester used nitric acid perchloric acid system to digest the sample,and used the KED mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to detect arsenic in rice,which had strong operability,saved manual consumables and accurate detection results.
