摘要
基于卫星遥感影像和气象观测等资料,在考虑地形差异情况下,通过局部薄盘平滑样条函数模型,推算双峰山旅游度假区气温、降水等气候因子垂直变化特征,对其生态涵养、气象景观、内涝淹没风险进行评价。结果表明,双峰山旅游度假区气候垂直特征较为显著,山上盛夏平均气温较周边城区偏低5~8℃,适宜避暑休闲。双峰山旅游度假区雨量充沛,易形成冰雪、云雾、飞瀑流泉等气象景观,气候资源丰富,建议加强进一步开发和利用。双峰山旅游度假区森林覆盖率达70%以上,绿度、湿度、热度及干度等指标表征其生态涵养资源丰富,但近年呈轻度恶化的趋势,建议旅游开发过程中加强生态资源的保护。从双峰山旅游度假区内涝淹没情景模拟上看,在不同重现期降水情况下,度假区大部分淹没面积水深在0.1 m以下,内涝淹没风险整体较低。要注意做好河道附近和低洼等高风险地区的排涝设计与灾害防御。
Based on satellite remote sensing images and meteorological observations,taking into account topographic differences,using a local thin-plate smoothing spline function model,the vertical change characteristics of climate factors such as temperature and precipitation in Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort were calculated,the ecological conservation,meteorological landscape,and inundation risks of Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort were evaluated.The results showed that,Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort had significant vertical climate characteristics.The average temperature in midsummer on the mountain was 5~8℃lower than that in the surrounding urban areas,which was suitable for summer vacation and leisure.Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort had ample rainfall,easy to form meteorological landscapes such as ice,snow,clouds,and waterfalls and springs.It was rich in climate resources.It was recommended to strengthen further development and utilization.The forest coverage rate of Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort was above 70%.Indicators such as greenness,humidity,heat and dryness indicate its rich ecological conservation resources,but it had shown a slight deterioration trend in recent years.It was recommended to strengthen ecological resources in the process of tourism development.protection.From the simulation of waterlogging in the tourist area of Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort,under the conditions of precipitation in different return periods,most of the inundation area of the park was below 0.1 m,and the risk of waterlogging was generally low.Attention should be paid to drainage design and disaster prevention in high-risk areas near rivers and low-lying areas.
