摘要 气象为农服务效益评估对深入了解气象服务在农业生产中的作用、明确农业生产气象服务需求有重要作用和意义。荆州农业气象试验站先后联合多名农技专家开展了江汉平原气象为农服务效益评估工作。结果表明,气象服务在农业生产中有重要地位,公众对农用天气预报以及农业气象灾害性天气预报产品有较强需求;最关注的气象信息是未来3天逐日天气预报,最关注的农业气象灾害类型为洪涝;公众希望通过手机短信、电子邮箱等形式及时接收气象信息,希望完善农业气象服务体系和气象灾害防御预警服务机制,以提升农业抗灾能力。采用节省费用法计算2020年江汉平原气象为农服务效益值为2.94亿元,效益明显。 The benefit evaluation of meteorological services for agriculture plays an important role and significance in understanding the role of meteorological services in agricultural production and clarifying the requirements of meteorological services in agricultural production.Jingzhou Agriculture Meteorological Trial Station has successively carried out the benefit evaluation of meteorological services for agricultures of Jianghan plain in conjunction with a number of agricultural technology experts.The results show that meteorological services play an important role in agricultural production,and the public has a strong demand for special report on agricultural weather and severe weather forecast products of agricultural meteorology The most concerned weather information is the daily weather forecast for the next three days,and the most concerned agrometeorological disaster type is flooding.The public wants to receive timely weather information through phone messages,emails,etc.They hope to improve the agricultural meteorological service system and the meteorological disaster prevention and early warning service mechanism to enhance agricultural disaster resilience.Using the cost-saving method to calculate the benefit value of meteorological services for agricultures of Jianghan plain in 2020 was reached 294 million yuan,the meteorological service for agriculture has achieved remarkable results.
