高效液相色谱法测定香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯含量的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 通过对化妆品香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯含量检测的不确定度评定,分析影响邻苯二甲酸二乙酯定量检测的相关因素。根据化妆品安全技术规范(2015年版)第四章2.30中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯含量的高效液相色谱测定法,按照JJF 1135—2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,建立测定邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的不确定度数学模型,并对不确定度来源进行分析和评定。结果表明,当香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯含量为(102.9±24.50)mg/kg时,拓展不确定度为24.50 mg/kg(k=2)。不确定度的主要来源为校准曲线的拟合及标准溶液的配制。 Through the evaluation of the uncertainty of the detection of diethyl phthalate content in cosmetic perfumes,the relevant factors affecting the quantitative detection of diethyl phthalate were analyzed.According to the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the content of diethyl phthalate in the fourth chapter 2.30 of the cosmetics safety technical specifications(2015 edition),in accordance with JJF 1135—2005“Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Chemical Analysis”and JJF1059.1—2012“Measuring Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression”,a mathematical model for the uncertainty of the determination of diethyl phthalate was established,and the sources of uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that when the content of diethyl phthalate in perfume was(102.9±24.50)mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 24.50 mg/kg(k=2).The main sources of uncertainty were the fitting of the calibration curve and the preparation of standard solutions.
